Just a poem to share out of a creative afternoon… let me know.. what is salt to you? What about this gives you pause? Anything disturb you? Anything capture your imagination?
SALT
by Angela Josephine
Bare beneath the stiles turning
Columned air, the breath that’s stirring
Shore the narrow skiff that’s passing
Broken on her moorings
Fill the holds, fill the barrels
Fill the captain’s quarters airing
Gold the brazen, gold the fairest
Gold the salted cut you’re baring
Razor shorn the captain’s daughter
Skirling waif, the tantrum’s water
Seed the troweled earth that’s caught her
Sodden in the farrows
Spill the holds, spill the barrels
Spill the captain’s quarters waiting
Salt the brazen, salt the fairest
Salt the golden cut you’re baiting
Salt the golden cut you’re baiting
Salt the cut, the gold you’re weighting
Mr. Josephine demonstrates his mad skills on crystal glassware!

Been working on the EP! For the latest news and dates… http://eepurl.com/j1cuH
Just a quick little update to let you know that final tracking for the upcoming EP is happening this month! I should have masters in hand by the beginning of February. The upcoming weeks are all about the art direction for the project. Also am in conversation with a local filmmaker about a potential music video. I’ll have more about that soon!
Recycled Christmas! I took last year’s Christmas cards and created a collage that resulted in several designs for my own Christmas card this year. Here are a few designs. So is this considered re-carding?

I think this is fabulous! Check out Mollie’s blog for your chance to win!!!
Such a nice surprise! Royce and Tali featured me on their blog today. Check out their Colorboration Project! They are doing great things in the art world.

A few more photos from recording my next project at Backseat Productions in Ann Arbor, MI. So excited to share the music soon!
